Yes — a nominal 15% driver's gratuity is added to every reservation. There's nothing extra to add at the end of your trip.

We track every flight in real time, so if your flight is delayed your chauffeur's pickup time adjusts automatically. You don't need to call us or rebook — we already know.

Airport late-night pickup fee — applies to pickups during these hours, payable in cash directly to the driver:

• Terminal-permitted parking: your chauffeur can park and wait close to your arrival point rather than circling or waiting in a remote lot.
• Driver details: you'll receive them before pickup.
• Meeting point: the well-marked pickup zones just outside the terminal exit doors.

• The risk: shared routes can add 30–90 minutes and make arrival times unpredictable — a gamble most cruisers won't take against a fixed departure.
