We collect you at Miami International (MIA), Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood (FLL) or Palm Beach (PBI) airport, or at your Miami hotel or rental, drive you straight to your terminal, and bring you back after the cruise. Prices are per vehicle, one-way, and all-inclusive. From Miami Airport: $166 (sedan), $245 (Suburban), $276 (XXL Van for 10), $1,404 (56-seat coach). From Fort Lauderdale Airport: $203 (sedan). Everything except optional extras: the private vehicle and chauffeur, 15% gratuity, airport and port fees, express-lane tolls, and the 10% fuel and 6% STC surcharges. Optional: child seats ($25), Meet & Greet ($40, sedan and SUV) and the late-night airport pickup fee.

As soon as your cruise and flights are confirmed. Book early for October–April and holiday weekends; same-day and next-day bookings are often possible.

• Wire transfer: for corporate accounts and large group bookings.

• More than 7 days before travel: 25% cancellation fee.
• Within 7 days of travel: no refund.

We track every flight and move your pickup to your actual landing time — no call needed and no charge.

Airport late-night pickup fee, payable in cash to the driver:

• Meet & Greet ($40, sedan and SUV): at baggage claim for your flight, with a name sign.
• Standard: your chauffeur texts you on landing and meets you at the arrivals curb outside your baggage-claim exit.
• Groups: large vehicles use the airport's commercial area; your chauffeur walks the group out.
• You get the chauffeur's name, number and vehicle before pickup.

At the check-in or arrival time your cruise line assigns during online check-in — usually between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM — and no later than 90 minutes before sailing. See how early to arrive.

• Suburban / Escalade: 4 · 4 large + 2 carry-on.
• Private Large Van: up to 6 · 6 large + 3 carry-on.

• Deluxe Minibus: 28 or 37 · 27–37 large.

Yes: airport → hotel on arrival day, hotel → PortMiami on sailing day, and PortMiami → airport after the cruise can all go on one reservation.
