- Late-night airport pickup, payable in cash to the driver: $40 (10:30–11:59 PM), $60 (12:00–12:59 AM), $90 (1:00–1:59 AM), $120 (2:00–4:59 AM).
- Flight delays: no charge. We track your flight and adjust pickup automatically.
Brickell and Downtown pickup points
Dodge Island sits directly across the water from Downtown, so this is a short drive with one complication: high-rise loading zones. We plan for them.
- Brickell Avenue and Brickell Key: chauffeurs use building loading bays and coordinate with valet where required.
- Downtown business hotels: pickup at the main entrance, timed to your boarding window.
- Corporate and conference groups: vans and coaches for teams sailing together, staged at the venue.
- Residential condos: we collect from the lobby or garage level as the building requires.
When to leave Brickell on sailing day
A 10-minute drive tempts people to leave late. The queue to enter the port — not the drive — is what costs time on embarkation day.
- Book pickup 2.5 to 3.5 hours before departure. Terminal check-in, security and boarding all take longer than the drive.
- Avoid 10 AM–1 PM if you can: that window is the port's busiest, and Biscayne Boulevard backs up.
- Late sailings: we operate 24/7, so an evening departure or a 4 AM debarkation pickup is a normal booking.

Cancellation policy
- Sedans, SUVs and vans: more than 7 days before travel, 25% cancellation fee; within 7 days, no refund.
- Mini-coaches, deluxe coach buses and hourly charters: more than 30 days before travel, 25% fee; within 30 days, no refund.
