Hotel and vacation-rental pickup on Miami Beach
South Beach pickups happen at the property entrance — no walking to a corner with luggage, no rideshare pin dropped on the wrong side of Collins Avenue.
- Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the Art Deco District: your chauffeur stages at the hotel's designated loading area.
- Airbnb and vacation rentals: pickup at the address you give us, including buildings with valet-only entrances.
- Wider Miami Beach: Mid-Beach, North Beach, Surfside and Bal Harbour all fall in the same zone.
- You get your chauffeur's name, vehicle and mobile number before pickup.
When to leave South Beach on sailing day
The MacArthur Causeway is the only direct link between Miami Beach and Dodge Island, and it carries every cruise passenger, port worker and downtown commuter at once.
- Book pickup 3 to 4 hours before departure for an afternoon sailing — comfortably ahead of the 10 AM–1 PM port peak.
- Bridge openings and event traffic (Art Basel, Ultra, spring break weekends) can add 15–20 minutes; we build in buffer.
- Post-cruise: we also run PortMiami back to Miami Beach hotels at the same flat rate.
