Group Cruise Transfers in Miami: Vans, Mini Coaches and Motor Coaches
Family reunions, wedding parties and corporate groups all hit the same wall on cruise day: split a party across four rideshares and it arrives across forty minutes, at four different terminal doors, with two cars surging. One vehicle solves the whole problem.
Vehicle options for groups
- Passenger van (10): eight large and eight small bags. The sweet spot for two families travelling together.
- XXL van / Sprinter (14): twelve large and six small bags, high roof, easy to load.
- Sprinter limo (12): facing lounge seating for groups that want the ride to feel like part of the celebration.
- 17 and 19-passenger Sprinter: the 19 runs with a luggage trailer, giving one large and one small bag per seat.
- XXL deluxe bus (33): underfloor luggage bay, 24 large and 12 small bags.
- Motor coach (55): restroom, Wi-Fi, reclining seats, 40 large and 30 small bags. Our largest vehicle.

What it costs per person
Group transfers get cheaper per head as the vehicle gets bigger, which is the opposite of how rideshare behaves on a busy morning.
- 14 passengers, MIA to PortMiami: $298 is about $21 each.
- 19 passengers, Miami hotel to PortMiami: $421 is about $22 each.
- 33 passengers, MIA to PortMiami: $844 is about $26 each.
- 55 passengers, MIA to PortMiami: $1,378 is $25 each.
The argument that actually matters: a group in one vehicle arrives together, checks in together and boards together. Four rideshares arrive over forty minutes and someone always ends up at the wrong terminal.
Group booking logistics
- Book early. Coaches are a finite resource in South Florida, especially October through April and on holiday weekends.
- One contact person. Give us a single coordinator with a mobile number for day-of communication.
- Payment: all major credit cards, or wire transfer for corporate and convention-size bookings.
- Cancellation for coaches is stricter than for cars: more than 30 days out, 25% fee; within 30 days, no refund. Sedans, SUVs and vans use a 7-day window.
- Multi-leg itineraries are normal: airport to hotel on arrival day, hotel to port on sailing day, port to airport after. One reservation.
- Add 30 minutes to any group pickup for loading. Twelve people with luggage is not a curbside sprint.
